Heats fast, even very non-stick
It is my "egg pan" it does a wonderful job with eggs - usually the worst about sticking. Heats so well I use this pan at a lower setting than normal. So far I'm loving the Imarku pans. Cleans super easy. The dimpled surface in the pan bottom holds the oil and cooks evenly.
