And once the tracking number is updated, you'll receive an email with your order's tracking information, which usually takes 1-2 business days to process.

Can I Make Changes to My Order?

Can I Cancel My Order?

Do I Need to Pay Customs on My Order?

Please note that you may be subject to tariffs and duties and are responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items. Unfortunately, we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).

How To Clean A Kitchen Knife?

Handle Safely: Hold the knife by the handle, keeping fingers away from the blade.
Wash Promptly: Clean your knife right after use with warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge to remove food residue.
Rinse and Dry Immediately: Remove all soap and food residues under running water. Dry the knife thoroughly with a soft cloth to prevent rust.
Store Properly: Store in a knife block, magnetic strip, or sheath to protect the blade and maintain sharpness.
Avoid the Dishwasher: Avoid putting knives in the dishwasher whenever possible, even though they are dishwasher-safe; hand washing helps protect the blade and handle.
Regular Maintenance: Hone and sharpen the blade as needed to preserve its sharpness.

How to Clean Stainless Steel Pans?

Boil a Cleaning Solution: Fill the pan with about half an inch of water and add a cup of vinegar to the pan, then bring to a boil, allowing the vinegar and water to work on the stains.
Neutralize with Baking Soda: Turn off the heat, then add 3 tablespoons of baking soda, and let it foam.
Scour Gently: Once the solution cools slightly (it should still be hot, but not too hot to touch), scrub the pan with a sponge to remove stains.
Rinse and Dry: Rinse thoroughly with water and dry completely to maintain shine.

How to Sharpen a Knife?

Preparation: Place the whetstone on a flat surface and set the appropriate sharpening angle based on your knife type, maintaining this angle throughout.
Grip the Knife and Apply Pressure: Hold the handle with one hand and apply pressure on the spine using your thumb. Use your other hand to press the cutting edge gently with three or four fingers.
Start Sharpening: Begin at the heel of the blade and gradually move toward the tip.
Slide and Repeat: Slide the blade forward on the whetstone (away from your body), lift at the edge, and repeat until sharp.

How to Clean Cast Iron Nonstick Pans?

Cool Down: Let the pan cool completely before cleaning to avoid warping from sudden temperature changes.
Wash Gently: Rinse the pan with warm water and use a soft sponge or cloth to remove food residue. Avoid harsh detergents as they can strip the nonstick coating.
Avoid Soaking: Don’t soak the pan in water for long periods, as this can damage the seasoning and coating.
Remove Residue: For stuck-on food, use a paste of coarse salt and water or a non-abrasive scrubber. For tough residue, add a small amount of coarse salt to the pan and rub it with a cloth or sponge to lift the debris.
Dry Thoroughly: Wipe the pan dry with a towel or cloth to prevent rusting. You can also place the pan on low heat for a few minutes to ensure it’s completely dry.
Season if Needed: Apply a thin layer of oil to the surface to maintain the nonstick coating to protect the nonstick coating and maintain its performance.
