Use & Care

• Smooth surface of the iron wok is easy to clean. Wash with hot water, wipe dry. After use, hand wash with hot water, dry, and apply thin oil layer to prevent rust. Rust can be removed by brushing once it occurs. • How to re-season? Step 1. Wash the wok with hot water, clean with a sponge brush, and dry on low fire. Step 2. Use raw fat pork to wipe it until oil covers it. Step 3. Repeat step 2 & 3 for better seasoning. Step 4. Wash the wok until the pork no longer turns black, dry it on a small fire, and apply oil to finish.
