- Let it rise for another 15 minutes and fold it a final time.
- After the third fold, let it rise for one hour.
Tips:
1.Fold from the four sides to the middle, fold back and forth four or five times each time.
2.Wet your hands before folding the dough.
3.When folding, you need to gently fold the dough from the sides to the middle, and fold it back and forth four or five times each time.
4.It's best to keep it in a warm place. The dough is ready if it dentures when you press it with your finger instead of springing back.
Shaping the pizza
Put the dough on a floured board and cut it into two equal parts.
- Roll it up and down to remove excess air and shape it into a round dough. Cover and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
- Then put a little flour on your hands, take out a dough and flatten it to make the middle part thinner, and press the edges into a wheel shape.
- Poke all the dough in the middle with a fork.
Tips: If the dough is too thin, the bottom will break easily.
Place pizza fillings
- Put the pizza in the cast iron nonstick pan
- Put a layer of sauce on the bottom, it can be tomato meat sauce or other
- Top the sauce with more ingredients, such as bacon or sausage, and finally add more cheese.

Japanese pancakes
Fry in a cast iron non-stick pan
Pour in the appropriate amount of batter, depending on how big you want the pancakes to be. But remember not to pour too much, otherwise the outside may be cooked but the inside may not.
Finally, drizzle honey on top according to your personal preference, or add fruit or ice cream to match.
Here are the important tips:
- Keep on low heat throughout the process
- Do not flip too early, wait until even small bubbles appear.
- After frying one, you can simply cool the pan with cold water before frying the next one (this step is optional)
Making French Fries at Home
- Cut the potatoes into the desired size
- Drain the potatoes
- Add corn starch to the drained potato strips
- Pour oil into the pan, turn to low heat when the oil is hot enough and start frying the fries
- When the surface is fried to a slightly golden color, you can take out the fries and drain the oil
