The iMarku Hammered Butcher Knife is crafted by skilled artisans with over 20 years of experience using Japanese high-carbon stainless steel. The sharp and sturdy blade exhibits excellent rust resistance.

All our knives are not cheaply welded together but fully tang and full
forged, meaning they are made from a single stainless steel rod extending from the blade to the handle, resulting in a sharper blade and perfect balance.

This knife boasts a Rockwell hardness rating of 58 degrees, making the blade harder than regular steel blades. Therefore, this hammered butcher knife can be used for chopping various bones and handling your everyday kitchen tasks such as cutting vegetables. Compared to mechanically produced knives, this type of knife has a longer lifespan.

The meat knife comes with a unique leather knife sheath to protect the blade, combining aesthetics with convenience. Our carving knife can be attached to your belt, making it easy to carry outdoors.
