Chris, known as Chef Chris, is a Jamaican chef and nutritionist who is determined to change the way people perceive food. He aims for individuals to enjoy the foods they love through a practice he calls "Health Fusion Cooking", wherein dishes are crafted to be lower in fat, sugar, and other unhealthy components while maintaining their flavor and visual appeal.

He has expressed admiration for the non-stick properties of the Imarku non-stick pan, noting its efficacy in reducing the need for excessive oil during cooking.

My passion stems from an infinite love for cooking; I revel in the process of exploring various cuisines and am eager to share this simple joy and happiness with more people through video documentation.
