The blades of this professional chef knife are crafted with high-quality high-carbon German stainless steel, offering rust, stain, and corrosion resistance, and can be quickly reshaped, easy to clean, and maintain.

Each side of the cutting edge is hand-polished to a 12°-14° professional shaving razor angle. The tapered ground design and 55±2 Rockwell hardness ensure increased stability, long-lasting sharpness, and effortless precise cutting and chopping for the professional chef's knife.

The full-tang construction and protective bolster provide perfect balance and incredible durability for the chef's knife. The ergonomic handle design with three rivets ensures a secure and comfortable grip."
