This is a beautiful steel knife set of superior quality. I appreciate the preparation phase of cooking and grilling. In the past, I used a single Santoku knife for nearly every task. Very nice, solid kitchen knife set. 16 piece include 9 different knives, 6 steak knives and two piece storage block. Solidly made with stainless steel. The knives are lighter weight than most, perfect for cooks with smaller hands. I love that the knives are sharp!

This set has a lot going for it! The pans are very nonstick. I made fried potatoes and never used a spatula, just rotated them by flipping. They were sliding around in the pan like they were on ice!I also really like the silicone lined lids. It makes a really good seal and it's silent to put the lid on. The handles of the lids are pretty sweet as well, they have a groove for the spatula to sit.Has everything a bachelor needs for their first place. Very satisfied with the quality.
